Cancellation policy

Prototype policy copy for the new site:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking start time.
• If you cancel within the free window, your refund equals the booking amount minus any actual payment-processor fees.
• When a booking is cancelled, the studio door PIN for that booking is revoked.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 is in force, you may choose a full refund or a replacement booking.

Payment processing itself is not enabled on this prototype.
