House rules

Please leave the studio ready for the next guest. These rules follow a private hourly-hire model similar to Luca Osaka.

While you are here

• Enter and leave within your booked time (setup and clean-up included).
• Clean up after use and pack up: wipe down what you used; return equipment, springs, boxes, mats, and props.
• Grip socks required. No barefoot practice.
• Outdoor shoes off — shoes stay at the door. No outdoor shoes worn inside.
• No food. Sealed water only; no drinks on the machines.
• No lotion, oils, or creams on the equipment.
• Take trash with you. Turn off lights and air-conditioning when you leave.

Fees

• Outdoor shoes worn inside — HKD 1,000
• Lights or air-conditioning left on — HKD 1,000
• Studio left very dirty or trash left behind — HKD 1,000

Getting here

Most guests take the MTR to North Point. There is no parking note for this studio.
